Einerseits weil die Geb\u00e4ude eine extrem vorteilhafte Lage haben und andererseits, weil die Mehrheit der bestehenden Mieter \u00fcbernommen werden konnten. Lediglich ein neuer Mieter musste gesucht werden. Bereits vor Abschluss der Sanierung wurde dieser gefunden.
