3 Bed Flat – John Wood Street
This large property was purchased as a 2 bedroom third floor flat, consisting of reception hallway, large lounge with bay window, large kitchen and two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. We decided to convert this property to give an extra bedroom and did so by reconfiguring the large lounge to include a kitchen which created open plan living space and converted the old kitchen into a good size third bedroom. The rest of the property was also in need of updating, so we installed a new bathroom suite, redecorated and laid new flooring throughout.
The property is close to shops and amenities in a popular town at Port Glasgow. This area is in high in demand for working tenants due to strong economic activity, which made it attractable to the rental market. The property has been successfully rented out to a family of four.
