We decided on the name “Pillar-X” as it stands for the secure foundation (pillars) that we provide for our partners, our tenants as well as ourselves.

We show that with continuous action and the right training coupled with effort and courage, that together we can achieve great things and build towards financial independence for our partners and ourselves.

What do we do?

We invest exclusively in UK properties.

Our focus is on “buy-to-let” properties (single-family houses or flats) and shared housing (also known as “houses in multiple occupation” or “HMO”).

How do we add value?
