3 Story Mixed-use Building – Low Street
A three-storey commercial building with basement, in the middle of Keighley, was purchased with the intention of converting it. After a building permit was granted in record time for the conversion of the building (commercial + residential), the conversion could be started quickly. The lower floors were converted into commercial space, while two flats were built on the upper floors. All equipment and fittings were completely replaced to suit the new function of the building. Even before all the work was completed, the commercial space was let to a local tenant on an open-ended lease, for a minimum of five years. Tenants for the flats on the upper floors followed shortly after completion.
